About preorders - Information

Thank you for supporting Skeuoss! Here's everything you need to know about how our preorder process works.

Stage 1: preorder

During this stage, preorders are open and orders can be placed! Preorders typically stay open for 2–4 weeks.

Stage 2: production

Next, our manufacturers begin making the items. This is the longest stage and the length varies by item, but it is generally around 2 months.

Stage 3: fulfillment

Once we receive the items, we sort them and begin fulfilling the orders right away! This process normally takes less than a week.

Note: If your order contains an additional preorder item, it will ship when that preorder is also ready.

Stage 4: shipped

In this stage, all orders have been shipped and the preorder is complete. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. You can also track it here: track my order.

Haven't received a tracking notification? Check your email (including spam) to make sure we haven't reached out regarding an issue with your order. If not, please reach out to customer service!
